Tulle is a town in the Correze. It is, perhaps, one of the ugliest towns in France - but it should be proud of that fact! In few other towns can such a hideous assortment of mismatched buildings be found. So bad is it that, in truth, it is something which Tulle can truly boast about.
However, although Tulle may be ugly it also has a superb restaurant which - rather tricky to find and usually requiring a reservation - is very well worth a visit. Home cooking at it's best (and a good big helping of it too!) The place? The Hotel de Bon Accueil.
