Felletin

Felletin neighbouring town of Aubusson, was in fact the first of the two towns to produce the marvellous tapestries now world famous under the name of “Aubusson carpet”.

For some reason, Aubusson became the better known of the two, and has the most factories still in operation, although Felletin holds the honour of having produced the biggest single piece of tapestry in the world - 22 by 12 metres, made for Coventry Cathedral.
